Getting started

How do I log my first session?

From the Home tab, tap the + button and choose “Completed Session.” Enter your game type, stakes, buy-in, and cash-out, then save. It takes about ten seconds and immediately updates your bankroll and analytics.

What is the live session timer?

The live timer tracks a session while you play — elapsed time and breaks — and turns into a finished session you can review and save. Start it when you sit down and stop it when you rack up. For tournaments you can record re-entries and cash-outs as you go.

How do I set up my bankroll?

Go to the Bankroll tab to set a starting balance and add deposits, withdrawals, or adjustments. Every saved session flows into the bankroll automatically, so the balance and the profit chart always reflect your real results.

Sessions & live timer

Can I edit or delete a session after saving it?

Yes. Open any session from the Home or Bankroll tab to edit its details. Deleting a session is a soft delete — an undo prompt appears for a few seconds, and the entry can be restored.

Does FeltIQ handle tournaments as well as cash games?

Yes. You can record both cash sessions and tournaments, including buy-ins, re-entries, and cashes, and your analytics break results down by game type.

What is Focus Mode?

Focus Mode is a distraction-free live view for the table — a clean timer and the few controls you need mid-session, without the rest of the app competing for attention.

Sync & data

Does FeltIQ work offline?

Yes. FeltIQ is offline-first: everything you log is saved on your device immediately and works with no connection. When you come back online, your changes upload and sync automatically.

Will my data sync across devices?

When you are signed in, your sessions, bankroll, and settings sync to your account and appear on any device where you sign in. Sync resolves conflicts per field, so editing on two devices will not lose data.

How do I export my sessions to CSV?

Open Settings and use the data export option to generate a CSV of your sessions. The Free tier exports the core columns; Pro and Elite include the full set of fields (location, hourly rate, running bankroll, mood, and more).

Why can I only see three months of history?

The Free tier shows the most recent three months of sessions. Upgrading to Pro or Elite unlocks your complete history with no time limit — your older sessions are never deleted, just hidden until you upgrade.

Subscriptions & billing

What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Elite?

Free covers the basics: three months of history, one goal, one trial AI report, basic CSV export, and the Blind Timer poker tool.

Pro unlocks unlimited history, up to five goals, monthly AI coaching reports, the full poker-tools suite, the hand journal, and multi-currency.

Elite includes everything in Pro plus unlimited goals, the most generous AI coaching allowance, and casino balance tracking.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them anytime in iOS Settings under your name → Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

I upgraded but the app still shows Free — what do I do?

Make sure you’re signed in to FeltIQ and using the same Apple ID you bought the subscription with — your plan syncs automatically once it’s recognized. If it still shows Free after a minute, force-close and reopen the app. If that doesn’t fix it, email support with your account email and we’ll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under their refund policy — request a refund from your Apple account. Subscriptions purchased on the web through Stripe can be fully refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase by emailing support. See the Terms for the full policy.

Account & privacy

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, and associated data, and cancels any active app-store subscription at the end of its period. The action cannot be undone.

Who can see my data?

Your sessions, bankroll, and analytics are private to your account. The only things others can see are what you choose to share — your public profile and any posts you publish to the Feed, governed by your profile-visibility setting. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I get a copy of my personal data?

Yes. You can export your sessions as CSV from Settings, and you can request a full copy of your personal data by emailing the privacy address listed in our Privacy Policy.

AI Coach

What does the AI Coach do?

The AI Coach reviews your recent sessions and results and writes a personalized performance report — highlighting leaks, trends, and what to work on next. You can ask follow-up questions about any report.

How many AI reports can I generate?

Free includes one trial report. Pro and Elite include ongoing AI coaching reports, with Elite offering the most generous monthly allowance. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month.

How accurate is the AI Coach?

The coach is a study aid grounded in your own logged data — the more sessions you record, the more useful it gets. Treat its suggestions as a starting point for review, not as guaranteed results.

Troubleshooting

My data is not syncing — how do I fix it?

First confirm you are signed in and online; offline changes upload once a connection returns. If a device still looks out of date, force-close and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync. If the gap persists, contact support with your account email.

I am not receiving notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for FeltIQ in iOS Settings → Notifications. Inside the app, Settings → Notifications lets you set your break-reminder interval for live sessions.

I can’t sign in or forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same provider to sign in. Still stuck? Email support and we’ll help recover your account.
