Delete Your Account #

You can permanently delete your FeltIQ account and all of its data at any time. This page explains exactly what happens and how to do it.

How to delete your account #

In the app (recommended). Open Settings → Account, then choose Delete Account. You will confirm twice — the first step explains the consequences, and the second permanently schedules the deletion.

On the web. Use the button below to sign in and delete your account from Settings → Account. Deleting your account requires signing in, so that no one else can delete it on your behalf.

What gets deleted #

Deleting your account removes your profile and all of its associated data, including:

• Sessions, bankrolls, and the running ledger
• Goals, hands, and your hand journal
• Posts, comments, and uploaded images
• Player notes and responsible-gaming limits
• AI coaching reports and chat history

What happens, and when #

• Immediately. You are signed out and your data is removed from your devices. Your account is marked deleted, and it no longer appears or syncs anywhere.
• For 30 days. Your data is retained in a recoverable state so that an accidental deletion can be reversed. Contact us within this window if you change your mind.
• After 30 days. Your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems. It cannot be recovered after this point.

Active subscriptions #

If you have an active web subscription, it is cancelled as part of account deletion, so you are not billed again. App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple — cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings.
