Delete Your Account #

You can permanently delete your FeltIQ account and all of its data at any time. This page explains exactly what happens and how to do it.

How to delete your account #

In the app (recommended). Open Settings → Account, then choose Delete Account. You will confirm twice — the first step explains the consequences, and the second permanently deletes your account.

On the web. Use the button below to sign in and delete your account from Settings → Account. Deleting your account requires signing in, so that no one else can delete it on your behalf.

What gets deleted #

Deleting your account removes your profile and all of its associated data, including:

• Sessions, bankrolls, and the running ledger
• Goals, hands, and your hand journal
• Posts, comments, and uploaded images
• Player notes and responsible-gaming limits
• AI coaching reports and chat history

What happens, and when #

• Immediately. You are signed out, your data is removed from your devices, and your account and its data are permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems. There is no recovery window — deleted data cannot be restored.
• Your conversations. Direct messages you sent are deleted. People you messaged keep the messages they sent, and you appear to them as "Deleted User."
• Service providers. Records held by our service providers (for example, analytics and subscription history) are deleted or expire on their own schedules. Email [email protected] to request deletion from a specific provider.

Active subscriptions #

If you have an active web subscription, it is cancelled as part of account deletion, so you are not billed again. App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple — cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings.
